I don't remember it ever being associated with the Wheel of Excitement, though it would make more sense if that tile did actually do something xD. Spin the Wheel of Excitement and win 20,000np. As TNT promised, we were going to be getting more NP sinks in the future to stymie the deflation of NP. Boy, did they deliver. Save The Wheels is a campaign led by the Neopian Conservation Society to help revamp and redesign the wheels of Neopia.
Starting with the Wheel of Knowledge, the Neopian Conservation Society is collecting NP to hopefully, and eventually, be able to keep these wheels up for future generations. Of course, they can't do it without your help.. and by helping, you are given a bunch of awesome parting gifts in return! :D
